Robin Ryan is a Passionist priest and systematic theologian. Most of his ministry has involved work in the theological formation of men and women preparing for ministry. He is the author of a number of essays and dictionary articles related to the themes of God and human suffering, young adults and the church, Christology, and ecclesiology. He is writing a book about God and the mystery of human suffering to be completed in 2010. In addition to teaching systematic theology, he also serves as director of Catholics On Call, CTU’s national vocation discovery program for young adults. He is the editor of a new book entitled, “Catholics On Call: Discerning a Life of Service in the Church” (forthcoming from Liturgical Press, Fall 2010).
